Enter the Transaction code SE38 as mentioned below in the screen shot .

 Click on Enter

 

Enter the programme name and click on execute.   After executing the programme selection screen will be displayed as follows.

 

Options :

ü  Test Mode : This option will help us to check the entries need to update from  000 client  in Test mode .

• Enter the table name which needs to be updated 
• Enter the target Client
• Click on Test Mode as mentioned in the screen shot

Click on execute

Note :  In test mode  system will not update any entries

ü  Only Add  New Entries  :  This option will help us to update only new entries in the target client

• Enter the table name which needs to be updated 
• Enter the target Client
• Click on the radio button as “ Only add new entries  “ as mentioned in the screen shot

Click on execute

ü  Transport   : This option will help to store the entries in transport request , so that  we can move  the changes from one client to another client   

• Enter the table name which needs to be updated 
• Enter the target Client
• Click on the radio button as “ Only add new entries  “ as mentioned in the screen shot
• Select the transport option  and mention the transport request

Click on execute
