is a two way process as mentioned below
1) SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Variable Pay
2) SuccessFactors Variable to SAP HCM

Pay – Process Flow
Employee History (Employee Historical data with validity) is transmitted
to Variable Pay Staging area
Variable Pay is further processed in SuccessFactors . This
process will involve launching the sheets to the planner’s .Once the variable
pay is finalized, it is transferred to SAP ERP HCM

up Internal Tables after Importing and activating variable Pay Data
